Hello, still has not arrived! ordered on the 6th, I was hoping it would arrive for my brothers birthday on the 11th! so in that case not very satisfied. So use to ordering from Amazon etc where the items arrive within 2-3 days. I was told when I emailed a colleague it could take up to 14 days!! – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
