Ordered two or three times now, and never get any acknowledgement of the order, nor the items shipping. It was a bit hairy first time round, but the stuff did arrive, so this time I wasn't so worried when you sent nothing through. Don't necessarily need 25 package tracking emails, but a basic order confirmation when I click "Spend" would make it easier to trust you. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
