Very easy transaction! Kept me informed from purchase to delivery! – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

My item came well wrapped but the polystyrene that it came in was so tight that when I got it out to look at it, I couldn't get it back in and therefore broke it! As its a present, I will now have to buy bubble wrap so it doesn't get broke! But otherwise very happy with my purchase! Would be good if there were a choice of mugs rather than one option! – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
