I had some trouble trying to purchase items on my card,but the problem was resolved by using paypal. My initial order had some items missing,but they were very promptly sent after i called the very nice,and helpful staff. The bags of sweets as an apology were a nice touch too! Everything was fine, the t shirt arrived really quickly. I was disappointed with the quality of the t shirt. For £20 delivered I wouldn't expect something that is worse quality than Primark. Goods arrived quickly, the Daily Mash mugs are solid and seem well made. The printing on the mugs is crisp without smudges or fading. The mug is glazed for a nice hand feel and the printed parts are not raised out. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
