I found it difficult to actually 'buy' on your website. Prior to placing the eventual order, I sent a question asking did your company sell sets of mugs. I received a bald, terse and frankly, unpleasant reply stating that you didn't; no " Thanks for your question but..." nor "Hello, sorry but no...", just some grumpy git spouting "No,we don't sell sets."
