I was really concerned when a mug I ordered was not really quite right ( print was off a little) and it was close to the date I needed it for. I returned it for exchange with a note asking for a quick turnaround even if I was t really expecting it. To my great surprise a replacement turned up within three days of me returning the first one & I was able to give my gift on the right day after all.
