Good service, very quick & reliable delivery for the time of year (right in the middle of december). T-shirt print quality is good and mugs are very well packaged. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The Daily Mail mug's printing process could be improved by using a black mug and white ink, rather than printing an inverse black image on a white mug. Using a larger or emboldened font for the smaller text would also work. As it currently stands, the smaller text ends up being barely legible because the black ink bleeds into the white space of the letters - it wasn't a deal-breaker, but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Good experience overall. Fine until my last purchase, when I got a very lukewarm response after calling to complain that my sweatshirt did not seem true to size and I wanted to know how to return it. I am particularly disappointed that I have not had an acknowledgement that you have received my return, sent last Monday, or that you will refund the item and postage as I requested.
