It would have made life easier if the mug had been delivered in "retail" packaging. The polystyrene block kept the mug safe but wasnt the most glamorous – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

The service was excellent. The item was received within the specified time scale. It was too big but when I emailed the customer service team on how to return it I got a reply almost instantaneously. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

There was no dispatch note in the parcel. The customer service team told me how to return it and now I await a refund. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
