I got a pack of Haribo with my order. This seems to be a trendy thing to do at the minute, with a few companies making it a "signature". Although I was not personally bothered by this, it seems to me to be an unusually insensitive practice that is asking for trouble. Since Haribo use porcine gelatine, you're basically posting pork products out to random people. The recipient may be Islamic, Jewish, vegan, etc., and you could really cause yourself some problems. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

I was sent the wrong mug, and despite contacting you via email a week ago I have had no response, so I ended up giving the mug you sent me as the gift even though it wasn't nearly as good as the one I ordered.
