I love my Roger Mellie T-shirt and it came in reasonable time, but there was no e-mail confirmation of my purchase so I wasn't sure it had been received. When I contacted Customer Services they confirmed the order had been received but I was left feeling impatient and pushy, and I would have waited patiently for my parcel if I'd just had that confirmation e-mail.
