Hi Robin,

Of course you can have a refund. We have sold many of these phone cases, so I am surprised that it does not fit.
Please could you return the case to us with the back of delivery note filled out with your name and order number. Just pop a note in the parcel with your name if you don't have this.
Once we have received your return we will then process your refund.
