Great customer service, prompt delivery and products exactly as described – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Initial delivery missed one if 2 items on my order. When I called to report, the phone was answered promptly and I was advised someone would call me back..they did within a few minutes and told me a replacement would be posted first class. It arrived next day. Very impressed . Will use you again and recommend to friends – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
