I was impressed when the mug I'd ordered (for a secret santa gift!) arrived and the picture on it was not just good quality but was on also on both sides! Very unusual but much better. Lots if products to choose from. Easy enough to have enough items for free delivery. Mugs are very well packaged. so much so was easy to send on to others in the post. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

On the website it was hard to compare items. using the back button it then was a little hard to navigate back to ones I'd seen had to add things into the basket to get around this.
