I order a lot of film type T shirts for my husband from ‘last exit to nowhere’. When the more t vicar t shirt arrived I was pleased with the design but I noticed 2 things - The t shirt was really crushed - not a deal breaker & The t shirt was definitely not as good quality as the ones I would usually order from last exit. That was a bit disappointing and I might look there first when ordering another. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Your booking confirmation to me said it would be posted 2nd class Royal Mail and so there was no tracking details. However, you’ve sent it to me Royal Mail Tracked Signature. So, you could have sent me tracking details. I love my Roger Mellie T-shirt and it came in reasonable time, but there was no e-mail confirmation of my purchase so I wasn't sure it had been received. When I contacted Customer Services they confirmed the order had been received but I was left feeling impatient and pushy, and I would have waited patiently for my parcel if I'd just had that confirmation e-mail.
