I have bought a number of tshirts from your website and the website is ok, it would bet helpful if you could provide more frequent update to delivery/order progress – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
The quality of the T-Shirts you use are rubbish, they only seem to last a 2-3 washes before the have shrunk and I can no longer wear then. I buy them knowing they are a disposable item – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

not a huge point. New Zealand customs opened the parcel. i think they couldnt work out what the free lollipop was in a parcel labeled t shirt. nice lollipop though – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

I initially wanted to update my address, and was responded to by a real person who confirmed the address had been changed. I then was worried the gift wouldn't arrive in time and was informed that it would be sent special (next day) delivery.
