When I first went on the website, I had to zoom out of the page a lot to work it (I had it on default zoom in chrome). I could only see the top corner of the header. Put me off a little which would have been a shame! – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Simple and easy from start to finish. I was emailed with confirmation, a date when the parcel would be delivered, when it had been dispatched and when it had been delivered. I was so impressed with how quickly the product was delivered. Ordered a pack f Viz Christmas Cards, but received a pack of assorted dailymash cards - emailed and got no reply so have a pack of cards that I actually quite like and will use, but nevertheless an answer to a customer service email enquiry would have been nice. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Organized very well and easy to order however your sizing is absolutely inaccurate. I ordered a 3x based on the knowledge that 3x is my size your 3x is not even a 2x so you can imagine how disappointed I was that they didn't even come close to fitting me – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The order was processed very well. The slightly negative score is because the product wasn't exactly what I wanted.
