Really great! there was a problem with one of my products availability, staff e-mailed and offered a refund or a substitute, I chose a substitute and was completely happy with the staff choice. More importantly my daughter was happy, these shirts were for her. I would hope staff will e-mail when that out of stock product is available. I would also like to be put on a product e-mail list.
