In reference to ease of use of the website, easy-peasy. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
Prior to placing the eventual order, I sent a question asking did your company sell sets of mugs. I received a bald, terse and frankly, unpleasant reply stating that you didn't; no " Thanks for your question but..." nor "Hello, sorry but no...", just some grumpy git spouting "No,we don't sell sets." Perhaps some CS training would help...? – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
