Not good I'm afraid. I ordered two items. Only one arrived, but I was charged for both. There was a handwritten note in the package saying the other item was out of stock and wouldn't be replenished. Yet I'd been charged for both! I asked for a refund but I paid by PayPal But I run a business through PayPal so have to search through thousands of transactions for confirmation of the refund. Also when I telephoned the answer was a vague 'hello'. I explained that I'd been asked to call and the person I spoke to seemed so unaware I thought I had dialled the wrong number! – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The site didn't allow me to zoom using the iPad making browsing tricky. Not a huge issue but could be made more user friendly. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
