Ordering was good, easy, fast and the range is great but I do wish the quality assurance on the products being sent was a little better. The t-shirt I ordered had a misprinted patch (ink was missing) on the t-shirt and as I live in NZ it will cost me too much to return it and get it replaced. Otherwise everything was good. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

    Thank you for your feedback.
    We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the T shirt. Our quality assurance and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and having investigated, I see the T shirt you ordered is Magic Fox Festival which is a "deliberately distressed" print. Please do send me a photograph so I can check that the print is as it is supposed to be.I apologise that this fact was not included in the description. This has now been amended. Please let me know if there is anything further we can do?
