It was good – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

You sent me an acknowledgment of my order. Within that we’re 2 links: one that allowed me to track my order. This didn’t work. The other link was to contact customer services. This took me to a survey site where I was informed that “This survey has now closed” The tee shirt I bought was a present for a friends birthday. I needed to check it would be deliver As expected so you can imagine my disappointment when I had no way to contact you to check. Hence I’ve marked the “keep you informed” element of your survey as low. Apart from this admin/tech error (broken links) everything was cool and I will be shopping with you again. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
