The quality of the items supplied was very poor. The printing was of low quality and badly positioned on some of the mugs. One was smudged and the colours were poorly balanced and inconsistent , with the blacks fading to browns and purple in some places. Delivery was late, 23 days and there was a considerable additional amount to pay, 30% on top of the whole order. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
The ordering is very easy, the timeliness and quality of the delivery was disappointing, as was the substantial additional cost to pay making the overall cost very expensive. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Thank you for your comments. As most of our feedback is highly complimentary on both quality, price and speed of delivery, we are especially concerned. It does appear that your order was actually dispatched the same day with both the correct value postage and customs declaration required for Switzerland so it appears that there must have been a glitch between Royal Mail and the Swiss post for the order to have arrived so late. We offer a no quibble refund on items which are faulty so please do return them to us if you are not happy.
