I was sent the wrong mug, and despite contacting you via email a week ago I have had no response, so I ended up giving the mug you sent me as the gift even though it wasn't nearly as good as the one I ordered. I appreciate it is busy over Christmas but a week to respond isn't really good enough – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
