Hi Andy. Thanks for rapid delivery of the retain as a swan mug. Guaranteed to raise a smile very time!. As asked for feedback the top line of text on the mug was rather smudged on both sides. Maybe all like this? Don't recall getting an email re order confirmation or despatch of item but did get one stating left the item in basket!
