The tee was huge, much bigger than the size requested, and practically transparent so I fed back and asked for a refund. I was told that it was actually 'premium' quality, that the style of the garment was preferred by lots of customers (really?) but was offered a thicker tee 'free of charge' which seemed like a very nice gesture. It was only in a later email I was told I would get a refund of only £3.95 for postage (which had to go to an old Paypal account and not on the debit card I used to pay), and the comp tee was renamed a 'replacement' that I had to reiterate my request for a full refund and state that I understood the new tee to be a gift. I eventually got my refund, but no further mention was made of the comp, and when I gently enquired whether it was coming, I was told that essentially it was out and down to the Royal Mail if it didn't arrive. Suffice to say it is still 'lost' and will no doubt stay that way. Hey ho... – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

I really like your designs and maybe big voluminous see through tees are currently in vogue, but think that you should supply the size stated on your website and say if the garment is transparent. I also think that if you are offering a replacement your customer service people should be clear about that, and if a comp is offered by way of making things up to a customer that this should be followed through via signed for delivery, otherwise it's worse than not offering anything at all. I would have loved to have bought tees from you again, but to be honest I don't the time or inclination to be messed around like this. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
