Fine until my last purchase, when I got a very lukewarm response after calling to complain that my sweatshirt did not seem true to size and I wanted to know how to return it. I am particularly disappointed that I have not had an acknowledgement that you have received my return, sent last Monday, or that you will refund the item and postage as I requested. This is disappointing, given that I have bought two T-shirts from you for my son, himself a regular customer who recommended your company. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
