T-shirt sizes are a bit random. I ordered 2 t-shirts in what should have been my size, and I was also sent a free t-shirt in the same size. The free t-shirt fitted fine, but I had to return the other 2 t-shirts to exchange as they were too small. Also, I was not that impressed with the quality of the t-shirt fabric or the printing. Both could be better. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
It would be better if the t-shirts were properly screen-printed. Heat transfer printing is never good, and the image usually cracks and wears out long before the actual t-shirt does. I would also like to see better quality fabric used for the t-shirts, preferably organic cotton. Also, it would be good if there were colour choices for all the designs. Most of them only come in one colour. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
- 8/10 – How easy was it to buy from us?
- 8/10 – How well did we keep you informed?
- 7/10 – How happy are you with your purchase(s)?

Hi Helen
We appreciate your comments and we are working hard to improve the quality on our Print to Order T shirts. We have recently changed our supplier for blank T shirts and very soon there will be a wide colour choice available for most designs. It is important to recognise that some designs though do not work well on certain colours. We do not use a heat press method on any of our T shirts and screen printing is often used where we have a regular run of a design. On the designs that you chose, we use a Direct to Garment printer which is one of the best on the market so the print should not peel off.
I do hope this answers some of your questions? Meanwhile thank you for shopping with us and taking the time to submit thoughtful feedback.
Kind regards
