Sort out your postage system - I had to spend 30 minutes dealing with Swiss customs because you didn't put the correct declarations on the package and decided that you would send 6 hoodies in two parcels which doubles the administrative fees. You have till the end of March to work this out... – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
