The quality of the T-shirt was disappointing, especially for the high price. The packaging was just a bag so the book didn’t cope well in transit, looked second hand by the time it had been delivered. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent, and as it was a joke selected specifically as a surprise for a mate’s birthday (delivered straight to his door), there was simply no point asking for a replacement - the joke did not land and the moment was gone.
