I’ve been using you for years but disappointed with this order, one item I’ve returned, the other two are ok, two items weren’t even packed in sellophane, just placed on top of each other . – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Delivery charge! Most companies now offer free delivery on orders over £50, you still charge it. Your website doesn’t identify how to return items, had to call / email. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

The cup is great. The hole at the top is handy for both putting the drink in and getting it out to your mouth. The lack of holes elsewhere in the cup minimises the chance of accidental spillage onto expensive carpets or laptops.
