I’ve been using you for years but disappointed with this order, one item I’ve returned, the other two are ok, two items weren’t even packed in sellophane, just placed on top of each other . – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Delivery charge! Most companies now offer free delivery on orders over £50, you still charge it. Your website doesn’t identify how to return items, had to call / email. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

The cup is great. The hole at the top is handy for both putting the drink in and getting it out to your mouth. The lack of holes elsewhere in the cup minimises the chance of accidental spillage onto expensive carpets or laptops. Overall, the clean, elegant design of the cup is both aesthetically pleasing and simple enough that even an idiot or a drunk can operate it successfully. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

I ordered the 'Come To Church' mug, for a friend who is a churchwarden and a religious man. Instead you sent me the 'Churn It Out And Fuck Off Early' mug. That's a funny mug, but very inappropriate for my friend as he would be offended by anything bearing the word 'Fuck' hanging around near his kettle. It's a good thing I decided to open it before sending it on to him. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

To be fair as soon as I emailed you with the problem you sorted it out straight away. But be aware that in the wrong hands some of your products will be viewed as highly offensive, so it would be a good idea to be more careful when meeting orders. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Royal Mail are someone you may want to check out as they received my parcel on Wednesday night/Thursday early morning and didn't deliver until the following Monday. Website is a bit cumbersome but then aren't they all? Having to click on each item to view it so that it can be enlarged to see the details properly is slow and tedious, and still a far cry from flicking through the pages of a catalogue which the website is meant to be mimicking.
