Mug came in a block of polystyrene. For the price at the very least you would expect a box around the mug – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Very easy to buy but more information through the delivery process would be good. Initial delivery missed one if 2 items on my order. When I called to report, the phone was answered promptly and I was advised someone would call me back..they did within a few minutes and told me a replacement would be posted first class. It arrived next day. Very impressed . Will use you again and recommend to friends – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
