Overall, I like the products offered and the service was pretty good. The website was easy to order from. I understood the package would be trackable, but the confirmation emails I received did not contain a tracking number. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

As a customer in the United States, it would have been an added convenience to have a conversion calculator to translate the UK prices to US dollars. Also (you may have had this -- I don't recall) a size guide showing inches/measurements. I ordered a medium for my sister and she said "Medium in the UK is a lot smaller than medium in the US." – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
