Overall good, a positive experience. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Post was via Royal Mail 48 and I was hoping it would arrive before Mother's Day but unfortunately it did not. Maybe clearer indications to customers around seasonal periods as to whether delivery will be made on time. Otherwise, all good. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
