Just to note that I didn't receive any purchase confirmation emails, or that delivery was on the way. It was easy to buy from the website, however I received no order confirmation by email. I had to phone up the next business day to try to confirm if the order had actually completed. This was confirmed on the phone, but I still never got any emails about the order except for the one asking for feedback – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The people I spoke to on the phone were lovely and very helpful, they also seemed puzzled why I hadn’t received an order confirmation email (I did check junk/spam folders). – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Great customer service but poor quality t-shirt. The t-shirt arrived in a reasonable timeframe but had a small hole on its front. I telephoned to report the issue and was pleasantly surprised when a replacement was sent out very quickly without any fuss. You gave a discount just a day or so after I made my purchase. Why not off the discount code at the start of a new release. Ordered two or three times now, and never get any acknowledgement of the order, nor the items shipping. It was a bit hairy first time round, but the stuff did arrive, so this time I wasn't so worried when you sent nothing through.
