OK but it was a chore finding what I wanted on the site and my T shirt has been washed once and is now faded! – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Hi Jo

I'm sorry to hear that your T shirt has faded. Have you followed the 40 degree or below washing guidelines? (The recommended washing temperature is 30 degrees). If that is the case then please send the T shirt back to us and we will replace it as this should not happen and indeed happens very rarely with a DTG print.
