In 1993 my life was dull, colourless and boring. Even the dog ignored me. Then I discovered a Viz magazine ad for a Roger Mellie t-shirt. What did I have to lose? (apart from my virginity). Suddenly my life turned around. I was witty, popular attractive to girls! Wildly successful! Well that was then. Over the years Roger and I achieved a great deal together but in spite of the space-age quality with which my favourite attire was made, some of the scrapes we both got in to had a cumulative effect on both of us. Eventually I turned into a fat, balding middle-aged bloke and Roger was consigned to the t-shirt retirement village at the bottom of the draw. My life became dull, colourless and boring. And then, a miracle!! Prodded by some vague itch, reminding me of the glories that were, an online search found More T Vicar and now I am the proud owner of a new Roger Mellie t-shirt! Suddenly my jokes are witty again! I lost 35 lbs and my hair grew back! My boss gave me a promotion AND a payrise, without me even asking! The dog comes running when I get home! Young women stop me in the street and demand to have my babies! I have even noticed my wife looking at me out of the corner of her eye once or twice! The writing on the viz 'manc walk ' mug was a bit blurry, faint and hard to read, whereas the 'cat converters' mug I bought last year was crisp and clear. On both mugs the prints are in an odd place, ie, not directly on the front or back where they typically would be on a mug. They're sort of around one side a bit so the front and back ones almost meet – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
