Your staff are unhelpful and self righteous when questioned. A very poor experience and it won't be one I plan to repeat which is a shame seeing as I have used you numerous times in the past. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

I've bought items from More T Vicar before and they've outlasted many other products. On this instance I had a minor issue to do with my payment, but the customer service was prompt, efficient, informative and incredibly helpful. I couldn't praise you guys enough! The website is basically fine, however carriage is a problem. I have been charged the equivalent of about £25 by the Norwegian government for receiving this parcel. Obviously moretvicar.com doesn't have control over these, they were not made clear before purchase. I'm not really keep to use moretvicar.com again if the cost of doing so can be 75% higher than stated at the checkout :( – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
