Just that three of the shirts smelt very strongly of something unpleasant a chemical aroma and required washing twice and airing for 24 hours outside before the smell diminished not disappeared a few more washes and wearing will probably sort it out – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Hi Robin,
Of course you can have a refund. We have sold many of these phone cases, so I am surprised that it does not fit.
Please could you return the case to us with the back of delivery note filled out with your name and order number. Just pop a note in the parcel with your name if you don't have this.
Once we have received your return we will then process your refund.

I ordered 2 T shirts but only 1 arrived, when I phoned to complain I left a message and the call back was quite prompt. The t-shirt I bought is nice but not the colour I expected so I want to return it as I don't think the person I got it for will wear that colour. Sorry you want to return your T-shirt.
Web Browsers can often display colours incorrectly, our website does state that the colour is red for the particular item that you ordered.
Please return the item in their original condition and packaging. Please use the sticky returns label at the bottom of the dispatch note, also please write a note to tell us your requirements for an exchange item, colour, size etc or a credit which gives you an extra 10% to spend or lastly a refund.
If you have misplaced the dispatch note please return your item to:
