Great customer service but poor quality t-shirt. The t-shirt arrived in a reasonable timeframe but had a small hole on its front. I telephoned to report the issue and was pleasantly surprised when a replacement was sent out very quickly without any fuss. The t-shirt was a birthday gift for a friend and, to be honest, although the design was great, I wish I'd bought one from somewhere else as it really wasn't very good quality. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
