I was a little concerned as I didn’t get a payment confirmation email but I phoned customer services and the lady was very helpful and sent me a screen shot of the order. Buying was easy, trying to return or get the items exchanged was a nightmare. Also not only do I have to pay for delivery but also for returns which is ridiculous. The size of the T-shirts wasn’t as advertised but I had to bear the brunt of that by paying for the return.
