It was easy to buy from the website, however I received no order confirmation by email. I had to phone up the next business day to try to confirm if the order had actually completed. This was confirmed on the phone, but I still never got any emails about the order except for the one asking for feedback – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
The people I spoke to on the phone were lovely and very helpful, they also seemed puzzled why I hadn’t received an order confirmation email (I did check junk/spam folders). – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
