Really very outstanding! One of the items wasn't in stock for a Christmas delivery. I was pleased that they had the courtesy of getting in touch and offering alternatives which were rushed through in time for Christmas. Fine until my last purchase, when I got a very lukewarm response after calling to complain that my sweatshirt did not seem true to size and I wanted to know how to return it. I am particularly disappointed that I have not had an acknowledgement that you have received my return, sent last Monday, or that you will refund the item and postage as I requested.
