Tweak your search and display options to generate more sales. It was only my determination and knowledge of certain products that kept me searching. Casual users might give up for the small error of to much choice offered on initial display. Free T shirt and personalised shippong note and tracking updates were nice touches that leave a good impression of your brand and attitude to service. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
