Hi Kevin,
Glad that your overall experience was good. With regards to not receiving a free T-shirt, your order has to be £40 or more after any discounts, however you did receive a £15 discount with the discount code that you used, so not all bad.

Was sent the wrong item and had to pay for the postage to return it, but the right item was sent back quickly.
