Well, judging strictly the experience so far, purchasing itself was quite simple and straightforward but I've yet to receive any kind of notification regarding the status of my order. This is the first e-mail I've received regarding the purchase. Furthermore, the item I've purchased has yet to arrive (I've received no notification from my post office in this regard, but it should handle international shipments decently enough in 2024) and I simply have no idea whether it will arrive or not. The tea towel I ordered had obviously been on display somewhere since it was folded in a strange way and dirty around the edges. Although my order did get delivered, my Royal Mail postie put my package in my "safe place" (although I've never designated a safe place) which for some reason they chose as inside my wheelie bin. My neighbour then, very kindly, put my bin out alongside hers and it was taken away by my bin men. Why would you change your printing method without warning people you have started selling cheap tat?
