Amazing service, notified throughout the whole process. Ordered late for a Birthday and was sent item special delivery even though paid for standard delivery. Little touches like a wee packet of haribos in the package. Not good I'm afraid. I ordered two items. Only one arrived, but I was charged for both. There was a handwritten note in the package saying the other item was out of stock and wouldn't be replenished. Yet I'd been charged for both! I asked for a refund but I paid by PayPal But I run a business through PayPal so have to search through thousands of transactions for confirmation of the refund. Also when I telephoned the answer was a vague 'hello'. Service was quite brilliant. I ordered the wrong size and the returns system works very well. The new item arrived double quick without any trouble.
