Had a problem where I forgot to use the voucher/ gift promotional code after I had already made the purchase. Emailed them and I received very speedy reply advising me that they had refunded me the cost of the discount to my Paypal account - no questions asked. I wasn't very happy with the free t-shirt. It was poor quality and I found the images distasteful - certainly wouldn't be something my partner would wear and didn't match with what had been purchased. It will end up in a charity bag. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Easy to buy and browse the store, however the quality of the zips is so incredibly bad - they open when zipped up and simply don't work at all! – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

I recieved a free tshirt with my order which was pretty naff. I would go a different route to engage customers as it was a bit disappointing as the design didn't really reflect the website style/brand. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

My husband loved his t shirt (kittens with 'life is meaningless and we are all going to die'. He actually said "it's perfect!" – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

I think the shirt could have been a bit better quality for the price as it's very thin cotton and a little bit see through. But guys don't notice such things and my hubby already wants to buy one for his mate who commiserates with him on all of Life's sh*te on a daily basis. Miserable bugger that one.
