You sell things and I decided to buy some of them. I almost didn't but then I did. I needed to buy gifts but thought your stock was too expensive and wasn't going to bother. But then I realised I couldn't be arsed spending any more time looking for gifts so bought your stuff anyway. You shouldn't regard it as a complement. Your material is amusing but not that funny. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Just to repeat, your stock is too expensive. Bet you don't show this to your ex-partner whom you are still trying to impress. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Excellent experience. Easy to use website, good offer on the two T-shirts that I bought, and they were delivered with a tiny little bag of Haribo sweets, which is the sort of gesture which really warms you to a company - little things like that show so much effort and determination to almost 'make friends' with the customer- great stuff! :) – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The on line service was good and certainly ticked all the boxes. However I was VERY VERY VERY disappointed with the products sent out to me!!!!!! The sizes are very inconsistent with each of the four t shirts I purchased. All were bought XXL yet not one of the FOUR shirts matched each others sizes. The neck size on two of the shirts are so tight it just unbearable to wear. Two of the other t shirts I purchased are so big I could literally fit myself and my fiancé in them. A complete waste of money and I truly am VERY upset I have lost out on what promised to be a fantastic purchase. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear how disappointed you are.
Sizing of different brands is the bane of any on-line business and as you mention it seems to have varied within a brand itself (which can depend upon the T shirt composition) Where brands vary significantly from our generic sizing chart accessible at the top of our home page we do try and include additional sizing charts to help our customers.
However we also have a Returns service which our customers use all the time to do a size exchange. Just fill in the rear of the Despatch note with all your details and send them back to us. All we stipulate is that the T shirts are in their original packaging and unworn. If the T shirt is no longer in stock then we can give you a refund or a credit note to which we add 10%

terrible product, as soon as i opened the t shirt i cld smell a horrible petrol chemical smell from the label, the label was also v sticky.....unfort the product was completely unsatisfactory & i never even tried it on. i have sent them all back in the post special delivery at a cost of £11 so all in all a waste of time & money. i hope you change your t shirt supplier. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
