I am sorry that you had the shock of paying in Sterling when you obviously thought it was Dollars. We are a thoroughly British web site and as such all of our transactions are in Sterling and will be converted by your bank.Thus £28.99 converts to $50 US. First impressions of the t-shirts on the website was good. But when the t-shirt arrived it was clear that they are cheaply printed on a digital printer so the images are not sharp. Worse still was the fact that the design was printed half way down the shirt, so it would appear across the stomach. It would have looked ridiculous. I am very unhappy that I have had to pay for delivery and return postage for a shirt that was unfit to wear. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry that you are not happy with your purchase.
Please send the T shirt back to us and if it is not up to our usual standard (which, from your description it appears not to be) then we will refund all your costs.
Indeed we will go a step further and send you a T shirt that is of our usual standard FOC. This might sound typical customer service "speak" but we actually do treat your comments extremely seriously and rectify errors as soon as is “humanly” possible.

The buying was easy, but I have not received my purchases yet which is strange given that it has been some time since placing the order. This is my first time time buying from you; previously I've mainly shopped online from Red Molotov. They show the prints separately, and then you get to choose colour, sleeve length etc. Something to consider, hmm..? – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Customer service was very helpful in helping me to figure out what size I would need and when my shirt was expected to arrive.
