Good supplier of generally quality goods. First 2 Chunk T's are still going strong. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

I found the quality of the Chunk T's I've bought recently are not the same standard as my first two purchases. The choice in sizes do no appear to come back in stock, certainly not quick enough for me. I would have bought many more if you had them in stock. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Amazing service, notified throughout the whole process. Ordered late for a Birthday and was sent item special delivery even though paid for standard delivery. Little touches like a wee packet of haribos in the package. Coffee stain designed onto invoice with a 'whoops' comment beside it, very clever and great attention to detail and staff are fantastic and so frendly, cannot rate highly enough :) quirky clever little business, can't wait til my next purchase! – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The first time I have had cause for complaint was when I was sent a free shirt size medium that only just about fits my daughter and she wears a size 6 ! – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

The offers that you have been sending out via email in the run up to Xmas have been excellent and very much appreciated. I also love the fact you can see how many Ts are left in stock. Not good I'm afraid. I ordered two items. Only one arrived, but I was charged for both. There was a handwritten note in the package saying the other item was out of stock and wouldn't be replenished. Yet I'd been charged for both! I asked for a refund but I paid by PayPal But I run a business through PayPal so have to search through thousands of transactions for confirmation of the refund. Also when I telephoned the answer was a vague 'hello'. I explained that I'd been asked to call and the person I spoke to seemed so unaware I thought I had dialled the wrong number! – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The site didn't allow me to zoom using the iPad making browsing tricky. Not a huge issue but could be made more user friendly. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Service was quite brilliant. I ordered the wrong size and the returns system works very well. The new item arrived double quick without any trouble.
