Service was quite brilliant. I ordered the wrong size and the returns system works very well. The new item arrived double quick without any trouble. Reliability on sizing. The big problem for me with mail order shopping is, "will it fit?" However the sizings for two different brands was spot on. Means I would buy from you again. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

The '7' score is simply because I ordered a 'L' on the basis I have some existing Jake's tees that are 'L' and fit really well, and the latest is clearly slightly more 'L' than the previous. Not much you can do about that (I don't think). – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

the reason i gave a 6 on happy with purchase is i ordered the smurfs do it better slouch tshirt size s as im a size 8 but the neck is way to wide so when i wear it will always have to wear vest top underneath or expose myself but still luv the top so am keeping it – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Fantastic quality product, but the T-shirt sizing seems to be inconsistent. 2 of the three Jakes shirts (all Large) I purchased are a perfect fit, but the third is almost skin-tight! I'll just return that, so no major issue, just frustrating! Thanks. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
