Good with one exception. I received one tee shirt from you and the other was missing although product number was shown on the packet sticker. I phoned your office and someone quickly called me back (she was away from her desk) to say another supplier was sending the other tee shirt and she said there should have been a note in the package to tell me that rather than me thinking it was a packing error. Sort out your postage system - I had to spend 30 minutes dealing with Swiss customs because you didn't put the correct declarations on the package and decided that you would send 6 hoodies in two parcels which doubles the administrative fees. You have till the end of March to work this out... – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery went awry - cockup with Royal Mail - but after contacting customer services another one went in the post straight away and turned up as expected.
