It ought to be a simple and painless task, buying a t-shirt. It was. Really great! there was a problem with one of my products availability, staff e-mailed and offered a refund or a substitute, I chose a substitute and was completely happy with the staff choice. More importantly my daughter was happy, these shirts were for her. I would hope staff will e-mail when that out of stock product is available. I would also like to be put on a product e-mail list. Good with one exception. I received one tee shirt from you and the other was missing although product number was shown on the packet sticker. I phoned your office and someone quickly called me back (she was away from her desk) to say another supplier was sending the other tee shirt and she said there should have been a note in the package to tell me that rather than me thinking it was a packing error.
