The service was excellent. The item was received within the specified time scale. It was too big but when I emailed the customer service team on how to return it I got a reply almost instantaneously. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

There was no dispatch note in the parcel. The customer service team told me how to return it and now I await a refund. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

For the price, I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the base T if I'm honest. Just a bog standard Fruit of the Loom thing, not even (I don't think) a 'heavy duty' material, just fairly cheap and thin. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Brilliant, ordered a t shirt for a Christmas present, forgot to put the house number on delivery address and it was returned to sender by royal mail, I rang you up and an actual person answered the phone,had my parcel back in a matter of days and in time for Christmas, excellent service – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
